Ingredients
- 2 cups uncooked Barilla Penne - gluten free
- ⅔ cup Hellmann's Mayonnaise - gluten free
- 1 teaspoon McCormick Onion Powder - gluten free
- 2 tablespoons Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar - gluten free
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- ⅓ cup sugar
- ⅓ cup diced Colby Jack Cheese
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 yellow or orange pepper, diced
- ⅓ cup diced red onion
- ½ cup grape tomatoes, halved
- ½ cup broccoli
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
- Combine the vegetables in a large bowl. Then add the pasta and diced cheese.
- Whisk together the mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar, onion powder, and lemon juice. Toss the pasta salad with the dressing. Serve
