Ingredients
4 cups cooked Jasmine rice
3 cloves garlic, minced
3 tablespoons San J Tamari Soy Sauce - gluten free
2 to 3 tablespoons organic butter
4 large eggs
salt and pepper
green onions, sliced
toasted sesame seeds
Instructions

<li>Cook the eggs sunny side up and set aside.</li>
<li>Heat wok to medium heat and add butter and garlic. Sauté garlic until fragrant. Add the rice and cook for a couple of minutes, season with soy sauce, salt and pepper.</li>
<li>Serve rice with fried eggs and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds. Yum!</li>
