




Ingredients
2 pounds New York steaks, cut into thin strips
olive oil
1 tablespoon McCormick Paprika - gluten free
1 teaspoon McCormick Chili Powder - gluten free
2 teaspoons Cumin - gluten free
1 teaspoon Onion Salt - gluten free
2 teaspoons garlic powder - gluten free
black pepper
salt to taste
2 bell peppers, seeded and thinly sliced
1 red onion, cut into wedges
lime wedges
Instructions

<li>Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.</li>
<li>Combine the seasonings in a small bowl.</li>
<li>Drizzle olive oil over beef then season. Place bell peppers and onion on a roasting pan. Drizzle olive oil over bell peppers and season with the seasoning mixture. Roast until slightly charred and set aside.</li>
<li>Heat a large cast iron pan over medium heat. Add a splash of olive oil then the beef. Sauté beef until cooked through then add the bell peppers. Stir to combine. Adjust salt according to taste.</li>
<li>Serve with lime wedges. Yum!</li>
