Ingredients
½ English cucumber, halved and cut crosswise into thin slices
3 radishes, thinly sliced
2 carrots, julienned
10 cherry tomatoes, halved
1 head Laitue Frisee, cut into bite pieces
1 bunch watercress, washed and chopped in the middle of the stem
1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
1 tablespoon San J Tamari soy sauce - gluten free
1 tablespoon Marukan Seasoned Gourmet Rice Vinegar - gluten free
1 small shallot, minced
1 lime juice
1 teaspoon sugar
2 tablespoons olive oil or vegetable oil
salt and pepper
Instructions
- Whisk the soy sauce, rice vinegar, ginger, shallots, lime juice, sugar, olive oil in a medium bowl and season with salt and pepper.
- In a large bowl, combine the cucumber, radishes, carrots, tomatoes, watercress and laitue frisee.
- Pour the dressing and toss. Serve
