Ingredients
1⅔ cups Bob's Red Mill Brown Rice Flour
4½ plus ⅓ cup Bob's Red Mill White Rice Flour
1⅓ cups gluten free potato starch
¾ cup gluten free tapioca starch
3 tablespoons nonfat milk powder
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients together. Keep in an airtight container and refrigerate until ready to use.
Best for muffins, quick breads, cakes and cookies.
