Best gluten free all-purpose flour mix

Ingredients
- 1⅔ cups Bob's Red Mill Brown Rice Flour
- 4½ plus ⅓ cup Bob's Red Mill White Rice Flour
- 1⅓ cups gluten free potato starch
- ¾ cup gluten free tapioca starch
- 3 tablespoons nonfat milk powder
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients together. Keep in an airtight container and refrigerate until ready to use.
- Best for muffins, quick breads, cakes and cookies.
