Ingredients
2 cups salad mix from the store
2 green onions, thinly sliced
2 mandarin oranges, peeled and sliced
¼ cup Marukan Rice Vinegar gluten free
¼ cup olive oil
fresh cilantro leaves
few grape or cherry tomatoes, halved
5 tablespoons San J Tamari Soy Sauce - gluten free
1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
1 clove garlic, grated
½ of lime, juiced
1 tablespoon brown sugar
2 tablespoons sesame oil
salt
black pepper
Instructions
- Mix the salad in a large bowl.
- In another bowl mix the rice vinegar, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, sugar, olive oil, lime juice and adjust taste with salt and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over and serve. Yum!
