Ingredients
2 blood oranges
2 navel oranges
2 tangerines
½ lime juice
micro greens
2 tablespoons San J Tamari soy sauce - gluten free
2 tablespoons Marukan Lite Dressing - gluten free
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon sugar
salt and black pepper
1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
1 tablespoon olive oil
¼ cup dried cranberries
small slice of red onion, for garnish
Instructions
- Carefully slice the skin of the oranges then slice into thin round pieces. Place on a platter.
- Combine soy sauce, lime juice, sesame oil, olive oil, dressing, sugar, ginger in a small bowl. Season with salt and pepper if desired.
- Spoon dressing over the oranges.
- Top with micro greens, cranberries and slices of red onions. Serve
