Gluten-Free Baked Chocolate Chip Donuts

Ingredients

2 cups Krusteaz Multipurpose Flour - gluten free
2 teaspoons Clabber Girl Baking Powder - gluten free
½ teaspoon McCormick Ground Cinnamon - gluten free
1 cup sugar
½ teaspoon salt
8 tablespoons or 1 stick organic butter, melted (plus more for greasing)
2 large eggs, beaten
1 cup whole milk
¾ to 1 cup Hershey's Chocolate Morsels - gluten free

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Grease a doughnut pan with butter and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, combine, flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and cinnamon. In another bowl, whisk together the butter, and milk eggs. Gradually add the mixture to the dry ingredients.
  4. Add the chocolate chips and stir to incorporate the ingredients.
  5. Use a piping bag or a Ziploc bag (cutting one corner) and fill the doughnut about ⅔ full. Bake for 20 minutes. Let it cool slightly then serve.
  6. Sprinkle with more sugar if desired. Yum!
