Ingredients
4 to 5 medium carrots, peeled and shaved
1 to 2 cups cooked chicken, chopped
cilantro, chopped
3 green onions, sliced
1/8 red onion, thinly sliced
DRESSING:
Thai chilis peppers, chopped
1/4 cup Tamari Soy Sauce - GF
1 teaspoon sesame oil
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon honey
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 of lemon juice
salt and pepper
GARNISH:
1 teaspoon sesame seeds, optional
Instructions
- Whisk together the dressing ingredients in a bowl.
- Mix the salad ingredients in a large bowl. Drizzle the dressing and serve.
