Gluten-Free Nut and Seed Bread Recipe

Ingredients

1 cup sunflower seed kernels or pumpkin seeds

1/2 cup flax seeds

1/2 cup slivered almonds

1 1/2 cup Bob's Red Mill Rolled Oats - GF

2 tablespoons chia seeds

3 tablespoons psyllium seed husk powder

1 teaspoon fine grain sea salt

1/3 cup walnuts

2 tablespoons maple syrup

1/3 cup raisins

1/3 cup shredded coconuts

1/3 cup cashew nuts

3 tablespoon melted coconut oil

2 cups warm water

Instructions

  • Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl.
  • Line your bread baking pan with plastic wrap with enough overhang to wrap the top.
  • Scoop the mixture to the prepared pan and gently press with a rubber spatula.
  • Cover the bread with the overhang plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Gently remove the plastic wrap. Bake for 30 minutes then remove from pan and place it upside down on a roasting pan.
  • Bake for another 30 - 35 minutes. Let it cool before serving.
