Gluten-Free Nut and Seed Bread Recipe

Ingredients

1 cup sunflower seed kernels or pumpkin seeds

1/2 cup flax seeds

1/2 cup slivered almonds

1 1/2 cup Bob's Red Mill Rolled Oats - GF

2 tablespoons chia seeds

3 tablespoons psyllium seed husk powder

1 teaspoon fine grain sea salt

1/3 cup walnuts

2 tablespoons maple syrup

1/3 cup raisins

1/3 cup shredded coconuts

1/3 cup cashew nuts

3 tablespoon melted coconut oil

2 cups warm water

Instructions

Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl.

Line your bread baking pan with plastic wrap with enough overhang to wrap the top.

Scoop the mixture to the prepared pan and gently press with a rubber spatula.

Cover the bread with the overhang plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Gently remove the plastic wrap. Bake for 30 minutes then remove from pan and place it upside down on a roasting pan.

Bake for another 30 - 35 minutes. Let it cool before serving.
