Gluten-Free Creamy Hungarian Cucumber Salad

Ingredients

4 cucumbers, peeled and thinly sliced
1/2 of small sweet onion, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar - GF
juice of 1 lemon
½ teaspoon kosher salt
ground black pepper
¼ teaspoon sugar, optional
½ cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the cider vinegar, sugar, lemon juice, salt and black pepper. Add the cucumber slices and sliced onion stir to coat.
  2. Place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Stir it occasionally.
  3. Add the sour cream with the cucumber slices.
  4. Stir until all ingredients are thoroughly mixed. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary. Yum!
