Ingredients
4 cucumbers, peeled and thinly sliced
1/2 of small sweet onion, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar - GF
juice of 1 lemon
½ teaspoon kosher salt
ground black pepper
¼ teaspoon sugar, optional
½ cup sour cream
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the cider vinegar, sugar, lemon juice, salt and black pepper. Add the cucumber slices and sliced onion stir to coat.
- Place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Stir it occasionally.
- Add the sour cream with the cucumber slices.
- Stir until all ingredients are thoroughly mixed. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary. Yum!
