Ingredients
1 pound jumbo shrimps, peeled and deveined
2 envelops (1.0 oz.) Hidden Valley Ranch Seasoning Mix - GF
2 tablespoons gluten free cornstarch
1 cup all-purpose gluten free flour
1 large egg, beaten
cooking oil
Instructions
- Preheat a deep fryer with enough oil to 350 degrees F.
- In a shallow bowl, mix the flour, cornstarch and the ranch seasoning.
- Cut the back of shrimps to form like a butterfly. Pour the beaten egg over the shrimps making sure they are nicely covered.
- When ready to fry, coat the shrimps with the flour mixture. Fry in batches until crispy and slightly golden in color about 45 seconds to a minutes.
- Transfer to a platter lined with paper towels. Enjoy!
