

Ingredients
chicken drumsticks, thighs with skin or chicken breast with skin
iodized salt or regular salt
canola oil
Instructions

<li>Chill the chicken in the fridge for 1 hour or so.</li>
<li>Heat enough oil in a deep fryer or deep pan to 300 to 325 degrees F.</li>
<li>Lightly sprinkle salt on the chicken on all sides.</li>
<li>Fry in batches for 14 to 18 minutes depending on how many chicken pieces you are cooking at a time until crispy.</li>
<li>Transfer to a plate lined with paper towels. So delicious! No fancy breading needed.</li>
