Serves: for 6 pound turkey
- ΒΌ cup organic butter, soften
- 2 tablespoons fresh or 2 teaspoons dried rosemary (fresh is better)
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon McCormick Ground Coriander - gluten free
- 1 tablespoon McCormick Garlic Powder or 4 garlic cloves, minced (better than the powdered one) - gluten free
- Mix all the ingredients in a small bowl. Ready for use.
