1 Granny Smith apple or any kind will work as well
1 small onion, chopped
2 tablespoons brown sugar
½ cup Pacific Foods Vegetable Broth - GF
salt and pepper
2 tablespoons cooking oil or olive oil
Instructions
Season pork chops with salt and pepper.
Heat a large cast iron pan over medium, swirl the oil at the bottom of pan and cook the chops on both sides until slightly browned and cooked through, about 3 to 4 minutes per side or until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees F. Remove from pan and set aside.
