Drizzle olive oil over tuna steaks and season salt and pepper. Preheat the grill to medium high heat.
Grill tuna 2 minutes per side depending on thickness. Combine all the relish ingredients in a medium bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Place the tuna on a plate and top with the relish. Serve
