3 tablespoons San J Tamari Soy Sauce - gluten free
2 to 3 tablespoons organic butter
4 large eggs
salt and pepper
green onions, sliced
toasted sesame seeds
Instructions
Cook the eggs sunny side up and set aside.
Heat wok to medium heat and add butter and garlic. Saute garlic until fragrant. Add the rice and cook for a couple of minutes, season with soy sauce, salt and pepper.
Serve rice with fried eggs and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds. Yum!
