Gluten Free Pizza with Cauliflower Crust

Ingredients
  • 2 cups grated cauliflower florets
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • Contadina Pizza Squeeze Pizza Sauce Original - gluten free
  • mild Italian Sausage
  • red onion, chopped
  • bell peppers, chopped
  • black olives
  • parmesan cheese
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. In a large pan, heat the cauliflower over medium heat for about 10 minutes. Let it cool for few minutes and transfer to a bowl. Mix in the parmesan cheese and egg and form into a ball. Line a pizza pan with parchment paper. Place the cauliflower mixture on a parchment paper and create about 10 inch crust. Use a spoon or spatula to gently press the crust. Bake for about 10 minutes. Remove crust from the oven.
  3. Top with your favorite pizza toppings and bake for another 10 minutes.
