mild Italian Sausage
red onion, chopped
bell peppers, chopped
black olives
parmesan cheese
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
In a large pan, heat the cauliflower over medium heat for about 10 minutes. Let it cool for few minutes and transfer to a bowl. Mix in the parmesan cheese and egg and form into a ball. Line a pizza pan with parchment paper. Place the cauliflower mixture on a parchment paper and create about 10 inch crust. Use a spoon or spatula to gently press the crust. Bake for about 10 minutes. Remove crust from the oven.
Top with your favorite pizza toppings and bake for another 10 minutes.
