4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts, filleted to make 8 pieces
Badia Louisiana Cajun Seasoning - gluten free
3 garlic cloves, minced
salt
olive oil
jalapeno pepper or serrano pepper, thinly sliced for garnish
fresh cilantro for garnish
fresh lime wedges fro garnish
Instructions
Lightly season chicken with salt, add some olive oil over chicken, garlic and the sprinkle some cajun seasoning over chicken. Cover with plastic wrap and marinate for at least 15 minutes. Preheat grill to medium high heat. Grill chicken about 3 to 4 minutes per side. Arrange chicken on a platter and top with sliced jalapeno pepper, lime wedges and fresh cilantro. Yum!
