5 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
Arrange the vegetables on a platter. Garnish with fresh basil. Combine red wine vinegar, olive oil in a small bowl then season with salt and pepper. Drizzle dressing over the vegetables. Really good side dish.
