In a small bowl, combine the soy sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch and a little bit of salt and black pepper. Heat a cast iron pan over medium high heat. Add a splash of olive oil and cook the beef for few minutes then transfer to a plate. Add more olive oil to the pan and add the onions. Saute for few minutes then add the bell peppers and green onions. Cook for few minutes until soft then add the ginger and garlic. Return the beef and pour the sauce over and some water. Stir for a couple minutes. Add more water if desired. Ready!
