Naturally gluten free mashed potatoes
Ingredients
  • 4 to 5 pounds Yukon potatoes, washed, peeled and cut
  • 1 to 1½ cups whole milk
  • ½ stick butter plus more for serving
  • kosher salt
  • fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
  1. In a big pot, place potatoes and add enough water. Sprinkle some salt and boil until tender about 15 minutes. Drain and return to pot. Use a potato masher then add butter and milk. Season with salt. Top with parsley and more butter.
