4 to 5 pounds Yukon potatoes, washed, peeled and cut
1 to 1½ cups whole milk
½ stick butter plus more for serving
kosher salt
fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
In a big pot, place potatoes and add enough water. Sprinkle some salt and boil until tender about 15 minutes. Drain and return to pot. Use a potato masher then add butter and milk. Season with salt. Top with parsley and more butter.
